Welcome to Big Blue Lacrosse Club – Central Kentucky Girls Lacrosse
Big Blue Lacrosse Club (BBLC), formerly Sizzle Select, is a leading girls lacrosse program in Lexington and Central Kentucky. Founded in 2019, our mission is to grow and elevate girls and women's lacrosse at every level—from youth and middle school to high school and adult recreational play.
We offer a wide range of opportunities for female athletes of all ages and skill levels, including:
Youth lacrosse programs (Grades 2–5)
Middle school and high school lacrosse teams
Girls lacrosse leagues in Lexington
Women's recreational lacrosse for adult players
In Spring 2023, we launched Lexington’s first-ever girls youth lacrosse league, and in Summer 2024, we expanded into women’s recreational lacrosse. Our newest addition, the BBLC Middle School Team, kicks off in Spring 2025, continuing our mission to provide top-quality training, competition, and community for players across the region.

RECRUITING HELP
So many questions can come up if your player is looking to play at the next level and our staff consists of four current college coaches excited to help you through this process.
We host a college information night for parents and players interested in learning more, each summer. We encourage rising 10th-12th grade families to attend this event.
Additionally, we’ll have hands-on-help in setting up a player profile, and preparation for players, pre-tournament play!

Middle school BBLC Team (s)- 2026
We will host our second season of a combined middle school team this year! As registrations come in, we do look to add a South and North BBLC team so players can play closer to home, when possible. For more information, email us!
